Getting Started with Help Unlimited

When you call Help Unlimited, one of our experienced care coordinators will explain the services we offer. At that time, we will make an appointment to have a care manager come to your home to further discuss your needs at no cost to you. Our care manager will suggest solutions to your unique situation and will write comprehensive care instructions to guide your caregivers. Our care manager will also conduct an initial home safety evaluation and will make any needed recommendations for equipment or minor changes to the environment to insure the safety of the client and staff. Regular supervisory visits and updates to care instructions are provided on a regular basis at no additional cost.

Our care coordinators will make every effort, based on the care manager’s interview, to provide you with the staff that not only has the skill set to provide for your physical needs, but also the personality that will work best in your home.

Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to insure not just continuity of care, but also your safety and well-being.

Help Unlimited is committed to providing extraordinary care at affordable prices and will customize a plan that fits your unique needs. Some services may be paid for by long-term care insurance, commercial insurance, Worker's Compensation, Medicare, Medi-Cal or private pay. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
